Installation

The SDK is distributed as a Swift package.

https://github.com/The-Noughty-Fox/noughty-tours-sdk-ios-spm

In Xcode: File → Add Package Dependencies…, paste the URL, and add NoughtyToursSDK to your app target. The current tag is 0.3.0.

Package.swift
dependencies: [
.package(url: "https://github.com/The-Noughty-Fox/noughty-tours-sdk-ios-spm", from: "0.3.0")
]
import NoughtyToursSDK

Device requirements

Capture needs a LiDAR scanner, and App Attest is unavailable in the simulator. Check before you offer capture at all:

guard NoughtyTours.isDeviceSupported else { /* hide capture entry points */ }

On the simulator the property list and project screens still work, but device auth fails with appAttestUnavailable and nothing syncs or uploads.

Camera permission

Capture uses the camera, so set NSCameraUsageDescription — the INFOPLIST_KEY_NSCameraUsageDescription build setting, or the key in your Info.plist.

The SDK does not check authorization itself and has no permission-denied screen. To handle a refusal, check it yourself before placing the SDK's entry screen:

AVCaptureDevice.authorizationStatus(for: .video)

Next

Before anything syncs you need a publishable key and the App Attest capability — see App Attest. Then Getting started.
